世紀婚禮在關島(下)

阿四晚上的reception訂了在Red。Red的主廚聽說是從Roy's出身的﹐所以這兒的食物有點Roy's的影子(連Roy's出名的chocolate souffle也有!)﹐算是Hawaiian fushion吧。

餐廳名字叫"Red"﹐內裡裝修當然全是火紅色。燈光暗暗的﹐到處掛有薄紗﹐而這天晚上我們還有隊live band在演奏﹐氣氛非常浪漫~~


這兒的食物真是無可挑剔﹐是我吃過最讚的西式囍宴餐(比我的婚宴更棒~~)! 菜單如下﹕
- First Course: Creamy Blue Crab En Crepe with Dill Crème Fraiche and Fried Capers
- Second Course: Double Beef Consommé with Grilled Eringi Mushroom/Bouillabaisse
- Third Course: Butter Poached Rock Lobster with Mesclun Greens and Mango Vinaigrette/Ceviche of Shellfish Served in an Ice Bowl with Mesclun Greens
- Main Entree: Charbroiled Filet Mignon with Grilled Vegetable, Foie Gras, and Tempura Mash/Herb Crusted Fresh Salmon with Fresh Jumbo Prawns and Matsutake Saute
- Dessert: Chocolate Soufflé Cake with Ice Cream and Berries

看到照片中在牛排上面的鵝肝嗎?? 少爺不喜歡吃﹐所以我得益了﹐好~好~味~~~啊~~~~~~ :O~ 還有那件心太軟朱古力蛋糕....唉﹐好懷念﹐看來我要找天去Roy's吃多次啦。


在關島的世紀婚禮就在這裡結束﹐但其實還沒完的﹐之後阿四他們把囍宴帶回香港去了~ 我們又有得吃啦~~(待續)
